Step Inside my Literary World
Welcome to my page and my writing hub. Let’s get acquainted!
Yet before that, let me share my latest work with you. I just published my prose debut: “Roots in a Handbag – the Stories of Maria and Olga”. A 900 pages long literary chronicle of my maternal family’s life, loves and legacy. The book is now available both on the Danish and international markets.
Behind my story “Roots in a Handbag” – the people and the facts
Blog
I come from a family shaped by migration, where travel was the norm rather than the exception. From them I inherited both restlessness and pragmatism — yet also a strong inclination to notice beauty along the road and thirst to give it voice. In particular, I was always fascinated by the stories of my mother’s family migration to and from Harbin, China. I felt there was so much richness there. This blog is my way of sharing my and my family’s journeys with the wider world.
